L'apicoltura deve il suo nome dalla località di residenza dei titolari: quel Palazzo Bianchetti noto anche come Villa degli Spagnoli perché appartenuta al Collegio Reale di Spagna. Qui, la famiglia Soverini e in particolare Gabriele ha trasformato la sua passione per le api in un'attività in crescita.
