La depandance "Romantica" e' dotata di tutti i confort: aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, wi-fi gratuito, caminetto (barbecue), lavastoviglie, lavatrice. In dotazione biancheria da letto, da bagno, da cucina, kit di benvenuto ( mini docciaschiuna saponetta cuffietta da bagno ecc..), asciuga capelli, tv, ingresso indipendente e parcheggio riservato.
La depandance, al confine tra San Lazzaro di Savena ed Ozzano dell'Emilia, si trova all'interno di un contesto rurale di un' unica proprieta' immersa nel verde e nella tranqillita' della campagna. E' composta da: ingresso indipendente, angolo cottura, bagno privato, letto a soppalco e divano letto in soggiorno . Ha bellissime travi a vista in legno e un vetrata panoramica che da direttamente sul grande giardino posterire arredato con tavolo, sedie e un grande barbeque per grigliate all'aperto .L'attivita' e' gestita dai due fratelli Valentina e Leonardo.

The depandance is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, independent heating, free wi-fi, fireplace (barbecue), dishwasher, washing machine, bed linen, towels, kitchen kit, welcome kit (mini-shower, soap, bath cap, etc.) ), hair dryer, TV entrance and private parking
The depandance ,on the border between San Lazzaro di Savena and Ozzano dell'Emilia, is located within a rural context of unique property surrounded by greenery and tranquility of the countryside. The depandance includes an independent entrance, kitchenette, private bathroom and a loft bed in the living room. It has beautiful exposed wooden beams and a panoramic window that leads directly to the large posterire garden furnished with a table, chairs and a large barbeque for outdoor barbecues.
The activity is managed by me, Valentina and my brother Leonardo, we would like to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We are a nice family, we start this activity now, we hope in time to meet many different people among them to enrich our baggage of life
