Palazzo Bianchetti
Già proprietà dei conti Bianchetti (di orgine Borgognona), dal 1870 appartenne al Reale Colleggio di Spagna fondato, nel 1365, dal cardinale Egidio de Albornoz, che a Bologna vantava antiche frequentazioni, a tutto vantaggio degli nobili studenti iberici che frequentavano l'Ateneo bolognese. La villa fu abitata fino al periodo bellico nei mesi estivi, e dopo un abbandono durato 50 anni è stata recentemente restaurata e in tale occasione sono emersi affreschi del '400-'500, i resti di una meridiana e una gigantesca conserva sotterranea, su cui sono fiorite leggende e dicerie di ogni tipo.
