Itinerario Ciagnano - Settefonti
Venendo da Bologna sulla via Emilia, dopo il cartello Ozzano girare a destra per via San Cristoforo e, superata l'omonima Chiesa del 17° sec. (da non perdere la Sagra del Torlellone durante il patrono festeggiato il 25 luglio, protettore degli automobilisti, infatti, sono in molti ad arrivare con la propria auto quel giorno per la benedizione) la si percorre tutta, poi alla rotonda a destra e si comincia a salire. Compaiono i terreni della famiglia Tomba (quella dello sciatore). A questo punto abbiamo percorso 5 km circa e dobbiamo girare per via del Poggio dove comincia Ciagnano con i suoi boschi, ove un tempo regnavano vitigni pregiatissimi (lo “saslat”), olivi e frutteti. Lungo la strada si scorge l'entrata del sentiero dove è possibile ammirare roverelle, rose selvatiche, ginestre e non è raro incrociare caprioli, cinghiali, tassi e istrici. Da qui la vista spazia verso il Passo della Badessa e Monte Arligo. Da qui si può proseguire sul sentiero o tornare sulla strada asfaltata. Giunti al bivio i punti d'arrivo, possono essere diversi: a destra per via del Pino mi dirigo verso la Chiesa di Sant'andrea, a sinistra si continua a salire fino ad arrivare all'Oratorio di Ciagnano (1600 circa) e tornando leggermente indietro (tenendo la destra) saremmo molto vicini al Passo della Badessa, al ristorante La Palazzina, al Centro visita Villa Torre e all'azienda agrituristica Dulcamara. Oppure si può ridiscendere con qualche difficoltà sulla via Idice in prossimità della Trattoria La Bianchina o tornare sui nostri passi.

At this point we have covered about 5 km, and we have to turn into via del Poggio where Ciagnano begins with its forests, where once reigned prized grape varieties (the "saslat"), olive trees and orchards. Along the way you can see the entrance of the path where you can admire oaks, wild roses, broom and it is not uncommon to cross roe deer, wild boars, badgers and porcupines. From here the view stretches to the Passo della Badessa and Monte Arligo. From here you can continue on the path or get back on the paved road. At the junction, the arrival points can be different: right on Via del Pino I head towards the Church of Sant'Andrea, on the left you continue to climb until you reach the Oratory of Ciagnano (about 1600) and returning slightly back (keeping to the right) we would be very close to Passo della Badessa, the restaurant La Palazzina, the Visitor Center Villa Torre and company Dulcamara farm. Or you can go down with some difficulty on the way Idice close to the Trattoria La Bianchina or retrace our steps to Settefonti.
